Need a simple site built.

Request for Bids on MoralityQuiz.com website.

This is just a fun little site for people to visit, to answer a different question each day, and to see how their answer compares to other answers.

Budget: under $200. Best proposal for lowest cost.

How the site Works:

• Main page features one question per day to visitors.
• It will have buttons to answer yes or no.
• It will show totals yes or no after answering.

What it must have:

• A simple index page, like http://www.questionoftheday.org/ , but a little nicer looking with some sort color….maybe even some nice graphics.
• I would need to see a rough mock-up as part of your bid.
• A dead simple way for me to change text / questions, etc.
• A way to view previous questions and results.
• A way to count/track visitors.
• A pop-up visitor question submission link: “Got a comment or a question we should ask? Send it to us!” Will bring up a box to type in question, with e-mail address optional. (Maybe a “Today’s question sent by_____________.”)
• adsense needs to be inserted after the index page is functional.
• It will need to include keywords, metas or whatever it takes for SEO.
• There will be things I’ve forgotten…or may be done differently than I imagined…please bring up your points and figure them into the bid.

Other Stuff:

• Project includes one hour of your time to make minor changes. Beyond that one hour, include an hourly fee for other minor changes I may have.
• I don’t care if this is a template or a simple custom script…just as long as it looks good, works well and is as cheap as possible. It’s a simple site, so don’t hit me with huge bids.
• Payment is by paypal. ½ when basics are in place; ½ when completely finished.
• PM me with your ideas, submissions, bids, questions...etc.

I will allow three days for submissions/bids. If I like any, you will be contacted. If I don’t like anything proposed, I’ll try to respond why….and maybe extend for three more days. I reserve the right to choose any bid at any time…or to refuse any and all bids for any reason.

You must be able to show me some of your finished work/websites.

A couple of people have told me it seemed complicated until they talked to me. I've revised the write-up to better show this. The site is not that important to me, so let me know if I'm still asking too much for the money. If that's the consensus, I'll just bag the project for now and rethink it.

That is very similar to an idea i have for developing QuestionString.com, when yours is made could i buy the script ect. from you?

LOL, I'd be happy to sell it to you....if I could get someone to build it. It appears I may want too much for the money, though.

If that's the case, maybe just making up something in drupal or such might work.
