This '2 word term' is 100 % in same usage / knowledge in german language like in english language.
And it fits PERFECT to .top - it sounds like THE domain for all 'top all inclusive holidays'.
It simply sounds very expensive and serious content related - much better than any other allinclusive.tld domain.

I'd say it's worth about $1.99.
