It's SEDO's new design.
The photos they use have high quality and they are changing randomly.
In this case the red shoe sole fits perfect to the 'red' .top and to the domain itself too.

It's a screenshot of the (new SEDO) offer page, not of the landing page of the domain itself (which is parked with ads in the same old style).

Per my experience - lander doesn't matter at all...
Only the one thing is important for enduser - a possibility to contact you...

I hope, SEDO will redesign their parking page design too.
They should use fullscreen responsive HQ photos, a layer of ads and a well visible link to the domain's offer page.

Sedo's monetization is awful for many years... regardless of their designs...
If you really wish to monetize your traffic - use ParkingCrew and Bodis... including a separate ZeroClick-accounts there...

I more think the attention to the background photos (visible, behind the ad links) are a good way to let see the visitors the ads in the foreground (they watch the photo but will see the ads at the same time).
