Should I develop?

I have a website on sedo thats getting about 200 hits a month, 100% on type in traffic I believe. In your guys opinion, do you feel thats enough traffic to be worth developing a site out of? Its an adult domain, so I was thinking a picture affiliate gallery of some sort if you think thats enough traffic to handle the additional investment. Please note I'm not discussing the adult portion, I want to make sure I'm posting in an acceptable area.

Parking traffic and revenue usually decline over time. It's sound advice for new domains to develop them instead of parking. It's probably ALWAYS sound advice to develop. But in the end, it's your decision, coz you have to be the one developing or paying for the development.

Its been consistent for all three months I've owned the domain, so I'm thinking its gonna stay that high. If that is even high at all. Just dont know if thats good or not.

I would definatly develope it, if you are getting 200 typins right now, you can do some marketing and double those numbers easily

I think you should try another parking service first. One that can do better with adult name.
