Monetizing Adult Domains without Parking

Hi have a few adult domains, one in particular that gets enough traffic to justify some sort of development.

Trouble is Adsense doesn't display adult related ads (as far as I can see)

Any ideas how to monetize these domains other than parking?

Or is parking at around 8c/click as good as it gets? Below is this month's stats for this domain.

US$ 225.84 9044 2992 % 33.08 US$ 0.08 US$ 24.97

Thanks but they are just another parking company aren't they?

My plan with high traffic domains is to develop them & put up my own ads (Adsense) so I don't have to share revenue with anyone (except Google of course!)

do what I do, join an affiliate program that has a site similar to yours, and then put up a page with a big ENTER (which links to that affiliate site with your referral code) I usually just write something like "warning adult content only enter if your 18 or older" and a big ENTER below...

These companies all seem to pay by "check", are there any that can pay by bank transfer or PayPal?

I'm in the UK and I'm looking for monetisation that pays by a suitable method.

CoolMark, BlackLabelAds.com is run by AdBrite. They just recently did a change from AVAds to BlackLabelAds. I've tried it before... it's pretty good AND they should pay by Paypal? I remember receiving payment by Paypal--Ahh... I think I'm thinking of ExoClick.com... WOOPS!

So it was ExoClick.com. I just received a payment from them last week. They are pretty good, but CPC wasn't the greatest.

I've tried them for parking but the CPC was the lowest I've ever experienced. maybe I should see what they offer for developed (or developing) sites and try them again.

I think you could try using affiliate programs that automatically create adult movie/pic thumbnail galleries. You make money for impressions as well as for sign ups if any. I haven't tried it before, but would like to think about it in the near future. I'm sure the CTR on such pages would be much better than a parked page. Plus the CPA factor can be good revenue.

I was thinking of using a program like nastydollars. (www.nastydollars.com). Anyone else have experience doing these adult affiliate sites?

Please be careful of username "fk" on this Namepros board. He has pmed me asking me sincerely, why his account was closed? He gave me his email. I looked at his account and many domains were flagged in the top 500 spam domains by our ad providers.

Then I thought, hmm, maybe it really is not his fault - I mean there really is a lot of robots out there right? I did a check on his account.

And well, his account id was 670. But here is also other accounts he logged in with same ip address and user agent:

I just want to add to this thread that Adult Friend Finder while their ads are all over the internet do pay well for sign ups. They have become an extremely popular site based mainly off of their affiliate program. Also hustler does a refferal program that you may want to look into. The website is hustlercash.com Adult domains are somewhat of a hard thing to conquer. PPC advertising is almost always going to be in the low cents. Affiliate programs pay better but less people convert. If you develop the site their are advertising options out there. I would not expect to make a high cpm though. From what I have gathered sites with orginal content make tons of money. Sites with non orginal content can also do well but you need to have a lot of traffic.

And who is your parking provider? From what country does traffic come?
As for me it is a good revenue for adult name. I have adult domain that gets 120 unique visitors per day and its revenue is above 0,6-0,8 euro per day (Sedo).

Parked.com works well for some parked adult names. I have some with them getting 110%+ CTR with an average of 9 or 10 cents per click. Those that don't do as well there I keep at Traffic Club for their Skenzo feed. Lower click through rates, but higher (sometimes much higher) EPC.

If anyone can recommend an easy to set up adult affiliate program so that it is a complete website please post in the thread. I've tried some like sex-toy-sex, adult friend finder and aebn but the returns were less than simply parking the domains.

My CTR at parked on my adult names is over 70% I have one name there that has over 100% CTR. These same names had a CTR under 10% at Sedo.
