domain Should I develop these or offload?

I am debating whether to create resource directories for these respective subject areas or to off load these names undeveloped.

WellnessCenters.info
HolisticCenters.info
DefenceLawyers.info

Thoughts/Ideas/Guestimates?

Out of the 3 names I think DefenceLawyers.info would hold the highest resell value //name only

DefenceLawyers.info = $150-$300 //wholesale
