Should I buy .co or .io TLD?

If i found one word domain is take in .com, org, .net, .us, .co.uk, .info, .me, .xyz, .cc and .in TLD's. But available in .co or .io extension then should i buy that domain?

If the domain is still available, it usually is for a reason...
Think hard before you register a domain. If nobody would buy it for regfee, will you be able to resell it for more ?

Depends. Like Kate said, they are available for a reason. But if they are really strong keywords, then go for it. Worth the gamble for reg fee.

If not, just move on. Just take a look the single-word .co I'm auctioning for $1 and you'll know what I mean
