ShortURL Host [Several Requirements]

Im looking for a cheap host that can help me a little.
Im setting up a site running this script:

Requirements:
# php 4 - php 4.1 or greater!!!
# mySQL
# wildcarded DNS (ask your webspaceprovider)
# the ability to place .htaccess files in your web root
# and of course: 1 or more domains

I have no idea how this Wildcard works, i set one up ages ago but my host helped me loads. I remember him mentioning something about a dedicated IP so i need a host that knows a little about what im talking about and that can guide me into setting up my site.

Not sure about space, little space to start but i need a host that will allow me to upgrade at any time. I would like you to state if you can help me set up the script with Wildcard DNS and things. I'd like to know what you can offer me space/price wise and also the pricing of upgrading to bigger packages.

Well, wildcard DNS is almost supported by any host. .htaccess is quite common request as well. Looking through your post there are no special needs. All you need is the help to set up script? If you like I can help you out. Why not contact us before you say idiot somehow?
