Offshore tends to refer to Non-US. You should make apparent where the physical location of your hardware is anyway.

Offshore usually means the server is located, and the company is based in a country where it is
a) away from the US
b) away from copyright, and legality enforcement

What is it typically used for?
a) TV Shows
b) Torrents
c) Warez
d) Questionable Adult Hosting
etc.

I do not want a server located in US. The site is about Anime (Many TV series)
