URL Redirection Hosting

Hello Namepros!

I am in need for some hosting for my latest project, a URL Redirection Service. The script I wish to be using can be located here: http://www.milliscripts.com. As you may or may not know, this sript requires the hosting to have Wildcard DNS enabled and I think I need a dedicated IP to run the script successfully.

I need a relativly small plan to begin with and the option to upgrade to a larger plan at a later date. I would appreciate it if the host has had previous knowledge in hosting a URL redirection service, but this is not nessecary.
