Shining Black/Sliver - 4th Design Ever

Ok so, heres pretty much my 4th photoshop layout that really looks like a layout ever.

As you can tell it was for a clan site but the sale thred was closed for some reason.

it's hard to comment on it really, is it going to be centered? is it going to have color? where's the nav menu going to be?

it's not bad for a layout but hard to elaborate as it lacks so much on the preview

it's ok saying i'll fix this when it's coded etc but if we can't see much we can't comment
