Established Photoshop Tutorial Center - High Traffic - High Revenue!!!

I am very sad that I must sell this, but I just dont have any more time to work on this site anymore. With school, and everything coming up, I just dont have any time.

I also run BurstMedia ads. I made $30 in the month of august with that as well. We all know that Burst media's fill rate is "blah". So, if you add some other ad company to "fill it". Im sure you make some more money.

- SimplyGfx powered by CutePHP. But, it is highly customized. Including Page Views for each page (If buyer wants that, i will tell him how to add it), Pagination for each article if need(More page views = more cpm ads), Print the page, Search Function, and much more.
- The affiliate system is complete, and ready to be used. It includes a back-end admin system.

- Quick explanation on the layout. I bought this layout from this guy. But, I guess the layout was stolen from him, or something, to be perfectly honest with you, I have no idea how. But, it is now available to download on some "warez" or "pirate" sites. I had no control over this what so ever, but, you definitely can re-design this to make it look better, or w/e. Im sorry for the inconvenience. I wanted to be up front with this so there wasn't any confusion later on.

Dre: Indeed the PageRank does not determine anything. But, http://simplygfx.com/ is actually PR4 on my google FireFox toolbar.

If you do a little mod_rewrite, and make the URLs more search engine friendly, Im sure you would get a lot of hits from search engines as well.

If any of you dont know what http://www.good-tutorials.com is, It is the largest Photoshop tutorial resource on the web today. If you visit them now, you can see the possibilities of hits from just one tutorial.

Did you write all of the tutorials yourself. If so, then they should be 100% exclusive to this site, right?

Do you have revenue stats for more than one month? Can you show revenue by channel for more than one month? What type of CMS are you using for the front page area?
