I was watching the Sherpa video about domain investor Mark Levine. The show was about how he manages his domain list using excel.
What I noticed was something different. Over 35% of the domains he sold in 2018 were registered the prior year. He mentions that for domains he registered over two years ago, he doesn't know if they will ever sell.
Interesting to me that his recent registrations, within less than 1 year, brought him over 35% of his sales in 2018. Pretty cool.
