Awesome community!
I have few domains I want to be appraised :

3dcamera dot app - the name is very common for android / ios apps and could be potentially used by company /start up/ app developer

investinbit dot co dot in - not sure .co.in got me here

stopelon dot club - so there is a coin and many people are now collectively hating him (does that make for a club)

The domain "stop elon dot club" ...maybe you'll get a sale for a joke site, $30 max ...nobody is that concerned. People only want the price of their bag going up (frankly)

@vjcool231 That's understandable, I would give that domain low / mid thousands territory, so seems about right

The answer lies in the prestige of the ".com". The ".app" extension isn't in the same league, at all

...To add a further point, if you are dealing in these other extensions, it is wise to keep it even more punchy, to prop up its value (such as camera.app ...you stand more of a chance)
