I have a couple of sites to sell, I have recently come into some academic problems, I need to be off the computer and studying more so I will be selling these sites that are wasting my time.

Revenue A few dollars via adsense (I would probably have ALOT more through scripts I am selling on the site but the paypal payments arent going through)

Activity I am getting around 100 uniques a day now, the site is only a week old, you can see stats here:

It is actually getting more hits, for some reason it doesnt count all my hits, the awstats says its around 1,500 hits a day.
OVER 1,000 TUTORIAL VIEWS THIS WEEK!

Bot Hits as of today (only been open a week)
Unknown bot - 128 crawls
MSN Bot - 98 crawls
Google bot - 71 crawls
and some odd and end crawls such as alexa, slurp etc.

--Some of my tutorials have been added to Good-Tutorials and Pixel2life, they should be validated within the next week, it takes a while, after that uniques shood be flooding in like crazy. My friend submitted 2 tutorials to good tutorials and that brought in hundreds of uniques a day.
