.tv Setting up Video RSS Feed?

Hi,

As part of the development of Scotland.Tv i was planning using RSS feeds from some of the main UK News websites to have regularly updated news headlines / stories, not i have noticed lots of mention of 'Video RSS' and that has got me very interested.

Has anyone set up Video RSS on their sites??
Can you suggest a tutorial to help me set it up on my site?
I have done the usual Google search for some help but have came up blank, im probably calling it by it's wrong name or something as RSS feeds have never been an area i have looked into.

Any help would be great as i feel it would be a brilliant feature to have the latest Scottish news videos on Scotland.TV :imho:

Right now im finishing adding content to the site, i have forged a deal with some great Scots musicians, film makers, photographers that should make the site a 'Rich media site'
More news will follow on Scotland.TV, i wil start a thread about it at some point when i get time.

If it were wordpress it would be easy. What platform are you using?

See if someone has created a pluggin for it.

It is a custom desiged site using PHP, no script.

Ok, you will have to find php rss full feed generation code. From there, you can build it yourself or use someone else's.

The last time I looked at doing that, I don't recall it being overly complicated, it was just 10 times easier using someone else's.

The whole RSS thing just does not click for me, i will keep messing about with it tonight and if i have not sorted it by then i will pay somebody to set it up for me.
