domain Sess.ai & Fapo.ai - What do you think? Fapo.com sold for $122k this year

Hi there, I have these two .ai domains that I am not sure how to price and how much to hold on for. I'd ideally like to sell them off quickly as I'm in need of cash.

Please provide your expert opinion on these domains -
- Sess.ai
- Fapo.ai

I saw Fapo.com sold for $122k in August and now it redirects to Atom.com for some reason? Any advice on selling these is appreciated. I currently have them parked with NP landers.
