Dont want to be flaming your sales thread like the person above. (BTW what he says is somewhat true) . What you are asking for is more than 2-1/2 years revenue based on one months revenue.
If this is a expired domain When did the domain expire?
what is the overture for the keywords?
You ought to know the 40% CTR isnt sustainable for the 2.5 years of revenue you are looking for.
So if you please justify your "BUDGET" I may be interested.
