Which of the names should be used as the primary, seoforum.net or seoforums.net? And why?

If you are making a forum about seo then I would use SeoForum.net

But if you are making a site to link to other seo forums then I would use SeoForums.net

A forum can't be plural unless you are talking about multiple websites. Therefore seoforum.net is the correct term.

If you use seoforums.net then I would expect to see a list (a directory) about forums on other websites. However you are not creating a directory for forums on other sites. You are creating a forum.
