Two Schools of Thought

I have a question: Should every article which is going to be submitted be unique?

This question is generally up for debate. There are two schools of thought.

Many people believe that your article will be valued less if it is not spun and posted in many places.
Then there is an argument against this that uses press releases as an example.
With Press Releases the same article is released to multiple sites and it generally ranks fine.

Personally if you are worried about it, I would just spin the article very well, spin words, sentences, and paragraphs. Cant go wrong that way.
