Article submission and SEO - Quick question

I have found that I do best as far as SEO when I only submit my articles to one site as opposed to multiple article submission sites.

Is it true that for SEO purposes I'm better off just submitting to one good submission site where the articles could actually build PR without duplicate content penalties and make my links more valuable?

If so, here is my question: If I have articles that I submitted to multiple submission sites more than a year ago and they still have no PR, should I just delete them there so that they are in fewer places and those "good" places that they do have PR will not get penalized?

In my personal view you may grab those articles if they are still fresh (has not been copied or spun from your own article) and publish to better platforms.

The trouble with article sites is they promote duplicate content since people use them.


However if you can put one unique article on a article site and other sites are not duplicating it then it helps a lot.

I've not found what you say to be effective. I believe the best way you can get the maximum benefit out of article marketing is by distributing your articles through various article directories instead of just one.

To answer your question, I don't think that you should delete those articles. They are going to hurt your site and there is nothing wrong with distributing articles though various article directories.

Article websites without PR will never make sense and give you link juice, traffic and all. Instead of submitting many articles in many article directories, just get two or more quality back links from quality article sites. Thats good enough than the former one.

Article submission is an important part of seo and it gives good high ranking and it is known by everyone. High PR articles are better for the site.
