First off SEOBOOK first 120 or so pages cover the history of the Internet, while a interesting read it does not teach you SEO. In the sections where SEOBOOK does talk about SEO he doesn't do many actual examples of (this would be better then this and so forth). Most of his info comes from other sites that he provides links to.

This is not true what you are saying here Shannon, the first 120 pages are not about the history of the Internet. Period plus there are topics being discussed that for the novice is very helpful in understanding things better.
To get a good overall perspective.

Well, i'm not a SEO consultant and i am not interested to spend time to determine what content should be added to your ebook so in that aspect i really can't be of assistance to you.

I would want to see something to give my opinion but seeing you have been banned from two other forums - on DP and webmaster-talk i really don't have any interest opening email attachments.

Once again my apologies if this offends you but i have a feeling your ebook is more an attempt to make a quick buck then to deliver something that is of value to justify the price you ask for your ebook.

Be more precise or post a teaser, an actual page with some content that show us some nitty gritty techniques you talk about.

As to webmaster-talk their were many people there who did not like all the free info I gave away, so I was made to look very bad for unfair reasons. In your case giving each page title on every page the same keyword is only opening yourself up to duplicate content issues.
Page titles need to be unique as possible in every way you can to avoid this.

Actually, its not duplicate content dude, those are actually two different keyword variations. If your not interested thats fine, but I will have to ask you not to tear apart a product publicly. Pm is always a better choice.
