Selling Vbulletin License?

Hello,
I possible might be in the market to buy Vbulletin and was wondering..

If someone had no more use for thier license or had a spare are they allowed to sell it off?
Do you know if this is allowed...legit? Trying to stay on this side of the line :notme:

Yes, they are allowed to sell it off, you might want to check the For Sale/Advertising forum. Every once in a while you'll see one there.
