so basically my question is what should i do to be secure while selling to a new user. I am about to make a x,xxx amount of deal with a new member in dnf, he is a exclusive member. But i was scammed once so i want to be secured this time .

Good advice. The other option is to have them pay you and make sure that you have the payment with no chance of a charge back or reversal. Then you send them the domain name.
