I forgot to add proxistop.com to the list.
From the 14th of july $136.09 in total.

oh i forgot to add surfagent has banner ads on it. Each banner in rotation pays $15 a month. I think there are currently 7 in rotation. and 1 static (paid $25). I cannot guarantee that these will renew however, but they're contact information is provided as part of the sale.
