Established Selling (or trading) my free templates site

I'm selling my free templates site, www.templateden.com - it's a website I've had for quite some time now, 16 months, but never got round to developing further. I started it back in the days when I used to have more time do do design work, as a project to offer for free what I dodn't sell. The vast majority of the templates on the website are my own creations, with some by other designers, with their aprooval, of course.

Anyway, back to the facts:
Right now, the site has 195 registered members and a PR of 3.

There was a downtime of approx. week this month (my host isn't very reliable these days)
The site uses a modified gallery script and the skin was custom made by me.
As for revenue:
Due to the downtime, the site only made $0.75 from adsense this month (usually around $4-5)
From the sale of textlinks the site made $6.5 this month
No revenue from the hostgator affiliate program I'm running, although there were a few clicks
The site has never had any promotion done, other than me mentioning it from time to time on related forums. Traffic and revenue will be a lot higher if the owner actually had the time to promote and update the site with fresh content.
Domain name will be transferred to you, and it still has more than 6 months left until it expires (on Jun. 19th 2006)

The asking price for the site is $60, slightly negotiable (or we could make some sort of trade, but I'm not going to take just any offer here.)
In case of a trade, here are items I'm interested in:
- other websites (not webmaster related, not pharmaceutical or medical, no forums, no blogs)
- domain names (same restrictions as above)
- script licenses (please no leased vbulletin licenses) -> must make proof of actual ownership

I'm not interested in:
- templates, logos etc (I can make my own if I need them)
- ebook packages
- any nonlicensed scripts
- anything illegal

Ok, guys, apparently I forgot to mention this: I can't accept payments through paypal (country issues... not on paypal's list)
So don't ask me to open a paypal account, trust me, I've tried. Without a US bank acct. I'm going nowhere.

Yes, the site goes to Robert (viciouscircle) - he was ready to pay through iKobo, so I went with what worked best for me.
