I'm selling my Free Proxy Templates site as I don't really have any time to update it as much as i'd like.

It comes with:

- Unique design on the site coded in xhtml/css and uses php includes for easy updating.
- Full rights to all the templates on the site (you will have to leave sponsored links on the templates that I have been sponsored for, though)
- 2 coded and 3 uncoded unique, unreleased proxy templates.
- All the site content is unique.

Revenue:

Revenue is not that much as I did not focus on monetising it, you could easily sell text links on it for $5+/month and if you were to improve ad placement it could be a good earner.

For each template I released I would earn $30-$50 from it from sponsored links.
