Selling ipod related domains difficult?

Hi,

I just wanted to ask whether it would cause any problems selling any domains with "ipod" in it on auctions regarding copyrights?

It, like most others, hasn't been actively enforced to-date (Although a few exceptions exist).
However, still dangerous ground to try to setup a developed site due to the sunk costs should a legal battle erupt.

well, I thought only to sell the domain itself, nothing developed. But then again, would potential buyers be scared to buy?

Apple & google are more relaxed than perplexed when it comes to IP. As long you support their cause and rip no profit from them,you're considered ally.

iPodNano.com & Adsense.com(this is different case) weren't owned by Apple & Google.

Even i have one ipod related name. hopefully i might sell or develop.
