i looked up paypal and didnt find anything are there some limits on transfering money from paypal to local bank , thanks.

The limits are different depending on your account types.

I have never had limits on what I sent from paypal to my bank.

Selling on ebay is okay.
Ebay sets it up for the buyer to pay right away.
And thus it goes straight into your paypal account.
Now just do it and stop stressing.
