Is there a way to be able to sell domains with "Buy it Now" on both GoDaddy and Namecheap?

I thought I could do this by holding my domains at GoDaddy, and then selling on SedoMLS to get Namecheap coverage, but I get this error when trying to activate it:

Since Namecheap left the Afternic network, listing on GoDaddy doesn't get you on Namecheap. The reverse is also true; listing on Namecheap doesn't get you on GoDaddy.

Is there a way to get on both, so users can "Buy it Now" on either registrar?

You'd need to have your domains at a registar that supports both. Dyandot, for example, will let you list your names in both the Afternic and Sedo partner networks.

@DPankaew - I believe you may have been misinformed.

NameCheap is still part of the Afternic partner network.

If you're names are with Godaddy and your goal is to have them listed at Godaddy and NameCheap, all you have to do is list them through Afternic.

Hmmm ... my impression was they announced they were likely to leave a few months ago.

For example, this is a domain that is listed on Afternic. On GoDaddy, the BIN price does show:

On Namecheap, the BIN price does not show:

The Afternic dashboard confirms it's status is Listed:

The BIN price is showing up on other Afternic partners, like Enom, but it's not showing up Namecheap. Am I missing something? It seems like Namecheap is not supporting the Afternic network.

Did you list this domain on Afternic earlier today? If so, perhaps it just takes a little time before NameCheap will reflect the BIN for the domain.

@DPankaew That particular name was recently listed. It usually takes about 2 days for names to appear or update prices in the NameCheap path.

I don’t believe NameCheap will be leaving anytime soon now that their customer base is steadily increasiing as a result of Godaddy’s never ending, amateur hour experiments and weekly cart degradation along with checkout issues, etc., etc.

I believe NameCheap is in it for the long haul.
