Reason for this traffic flow: I personally use one of the way that I use to advertise my site which get me around 800 uniques daily for it to get more traffic for the new owner.
Reason for Sale: I personally have no time for this site anymore. I regretted this soon after I first start out as I own another Arcade Site... http://www.okiegames.com and I got around 800 Uniques daily now and I do have to concentrate on its parent site as well.
Buyer Speical: If you buy this site from me, I will give you a few tips on how to get this much traffic to your arcade site. I can't say these tips are the best but it does work to a great extent.
