Established Selling a text based club RPG

I'm selling http://www.clubrivals.com/, an online club rpg. I'm selling it because I have no time to advertise/manage the game...

The script is from clubgamescript.com (their site seems to be down), and it's a licenced version (script costs $100).
There's close to no traffic, but with a few myspace bulletins the game should become popular.
The domain is registered with Godaddy, and the site is currently hosted with the Hostgator Baby plan without any problems.

This is an auction, and the bidding starts at $40. The auction ends 5 days from posting, and the BIN is $150.


Gameplay:

Club Rivals is a massive, online, multiplayer text based game. You are a band owner with the #1 goal to be the best in town and rise above your competition. With fans and Roadies to generate your income, and with Body Guards to protect your band at all costs. To become big in this band you will have to learn how to keep your employees and Roadies happy. This can be done by purchasing certain items, and avoiding certain events. This game is fairly simple, highly addictive and very fun.

can you provide proof of ownership and that the license will be transferred, ive seen this script for sale elsewhere and there seems to be ownership issues between TMG corp and milleniumgamecorp
