Selling a domain

Hi Guys, hope you can help me with a bit of advice. Please.

I own a LLL.co.uk domain, I ALSO own a TradeMark for the same LLL.co.uk domain.

I am now considering offering the domain and the TradeMark for sale.

As there are other companies that hold TradeMarks for the LLL (but not the domain - hope this makes sense) all be they in different classes, does anyone see a problem with any possible sale of my domain and TradeMark?

Your thoughts are much appreciated.
