After a year of silence I unlocked the domain and sent them the transfer key.
I think they are good people.

I don’t get it.
Why would a charity care so much about a domain name?
Are they worried that donors might be redirected elsewhere?
Or do they just want a .com to attract more donations?
Isn’t that kind of profit-driven mindset going against the true spirit of charity?

They are implementing virtual communications from what I understand and their patients confuse the domains.
