Is Sedo reliable ?

A Sedo representative contacted me on behalf of a customer asking if my xxxxx.org domain was for sale, we agreed on a price and their customer accepted it then they confirmed to have secured his funds and asked me to email them the auth key for this org ... I've no contract in hand, they asked only for such auth key + my bank details promising a prompt wire transfer at ownership transfer done, should I trust them and send the requested details ?

I contacted directly [email protected] and they confirmed it's all ok but I've no written contract in hand, this's the real reason of my concerns but if someone can assure me I can trust them and get my funds in a reasonable period of time after ownership transfer will have been completed, then I'll be happy to go ahead.
In few words, I need to be sure that Sedo pays always promptly his customers, nothing more, thanks.

Ok, I'm back at home now (in the last days I was connecting by Sim card - 56k Gprs connection, really hard to work in such conditions).

In my experiences with SEDO, they have been nothing but helpful, and I don't think there going to scam someone over one domain, as they are a major company, making much more than that one domain is worth. I would proceed with the sale if I were you.

Ok, I did, we'll see how things will proceed now.
I send them as requested the login data of the domain account now their customer will transfer it to his registrar then they'll release my funds, I've also added my bank details to my account as they suggested.
