Self Storage Niche - About 200 domains

I'd like to discuss the sale of a portfolio of self storage geo-domains - such as losangelesstorage.com, lasvegasstorage.com and others similar to it. city+storage, city+self+storage, and storage+city

I have a portfolio of these domains, some with 10-20 years of time premium that I'd like to sell in one lot, or a few lots. I've had a change of business plan.

I think there could be demand, but maybe it will be easier to sell the names individually.
I guess only a nationwide player like Shurgard will want to cover so many cities.
Traffic is a big plus - have stats handy.

I don't park these domains necessarily, so no traffic stats. Google Ad click costs for self storage industry is very high - up to $15/click. I'm looking for a domainer or web developer who understands the value (organic serp value too!) and realizes there's a business behind this portfolio.
