Seeking designer for REAL UK Partnership Opportunity
Hi there,
Firstly let me start by saying that this is a GENUINE business partnership opportunity for the right designer. The company I am seeking a partnership for is a REGISTERED UK Ltd. company since February 2005 and is currently in the process of attempting to relaunch the site.
What I am offering are REAL shares (complete with proof via e-mail or fax from a registered UK accountant). I am NOT asking for blind partnerships and for you to trust my word on splitting profits. Your shares are legal and as such you will be entitled to all books kept on record to prove company income.
Full company details will be provided to the selected designer, but I am offering up to 15% shares in the company. The other shares are divided amongst investors, and the developer (myself). In addition to this 15%, within the next couple of months I will be able to pay you sums of cash for your work to keep you motivated as an incentive. Cash sums will be anywhere from £100 to £300 a week. These shares CANNOT legally be taken from you unless you sign them away, so this isn't an option if that's what you're thinking.
What I'm looking for is someone who can code to XHTML 1.0 Strict / XHTML 1.1 standards in their PART TIME. I'm not asking you to prioritise this before other paid work, I understand that everyone needs to make a living, myself included. Perhaps if you could fit in a few hours a week or something, that would be great. We are looking at relaunching the site around February or March 2007, though perhaps later if needs be. The more work you can do in the meantime, the more I will be able to pay you as a bonus, in addition to you owning the existing shares.
The designer needs to have a clean, yet operational 'flair' so that the pages are pretty fast to load and navigate around. Something simplistic, yet not too boring.
I would appreciate someone from the UK so that I can work around your hours. It's hell trying to operate in other time zones.
Any/all experience in PHP coding will be beneficial, as a reference. I, myself, am a PHP developer but may need some assistance with the intricate parts of your design. AJAX knowledge is highly desired.
If you are interested, then please drop me a PM and we can take it from there.
