I'm looking for an independant, modern designer who can design and code to Web 2.0 "standards" (define that how you will). Must be able to design and then export to (x)HTML/CSS valid pages. For business and legal reasons it would be beneficial if you lived in the UK, so perhaps we could meet and discuss the business.

What I am offering in return is 15% shares in a *REAL* UK Limited Company. You can see for yourself that the company has been registered since February 2005 - according to the Companise House body within the UK. For privacy reasons I will not disclose the name of the company until I have picked the designer I wish to go with.

In addition to 15% shares within the company, I will also be able to offer cash bonus sums whenever my own personal disposable income allows it. These sums may be anything from £200 to £400 a week. Primarily I'd like to focus on the shares aspect though.

I'd very much like this person to be a part of the team permanently, hence offering the shares within the company. The shares are ready to allocate immediately to the person of my choosing, and you will receive them by a registered UK accountant either via fax or snail mail.

So if you're a good designer, have some spare time and would like to discuss the potential partnership opportunities, please send me a PM.

Alternatively you can reach me on MSN: [email protected]

Update: I'm still looking for the right designer.

Please bear the following in mind before applying:

- If you type like a 12 year old, using heavy abbreviations, excessive 'LOL'ing or other equally annoying and pointless internet slang then I more than likely won't be interested in working with you.

I need mature, reliable people who understand that this is a BUSINESS, not some $10 proxy site that you're used to working on. This has the potential to be huge, and I need someone who will treat it accordingly. It will be fun to work on, but first and foremost it's a genuine business.

- If you code XHTML/CSS and it's not valid code, I won't want to work with you.

It takes all of 10 minutes to check your code and fix it, so please bother to take the time to do so and have some pride in your work.

I'm ready to move right now on this project, so am looking for the right person ASAP. If you think you fit the bill then please let me know. If you want to add me to MSN, please send me a PM first and let me know you've added me - it makes my life easier tracking everyone.

Cheers.

If you find a designer who produces the quality of design you are looking for, but he has no/poor coding skills, shoot me an e-mail. I can provide high-quality, SEO friendly (good for your business), yet reasonably priced HTML/CSS coding services.

Good luck with your project.
