I’m looking for some guidance regarding a UDRP dispute.
About a year ago, I registered several domains that include the word “Natrium” + “Plant(s)”. At the time, it was just a generic word, not a brand, and I registered them purely as domain investments.
Recently, a company contacted me expressing interest in buying the domains. I responded professionally, but now they have filed a UDRP against me to try to take the domains.
I’ve never used the domains commercially, they were never active, and I haven’t tried to impersonate or mislead anyone.
Has anyone here dealt with a similar situation? I’d appreciate advice on how to best defend myself, and any experiences with cases like this would be really helpful.
