SedoMLS premium status "domain within 60 day lock"

I added a domain in Sedo and activated SedoMLS Premium. Its status is being shown as "Domain within 60 day lock".

What does this mean? Does it mean that SedoMLS Premium is not activated until 60 days are over OR it is activated and this status is just for information?

If the post has a 60 day lock on it it can't be sold on premium, so after your 60 days are up, you should be able to activate it there.
