I'm not a fan of SEDO whatsoever, however I did find this tidbit of info that can prove to be helpful to some.
Hint: Fix Price your domains now and all previous bidders will be notified about the new price and can purchase the domain name instantly!
Obviously, some of us have ended negotiations or the potential buyer has ended the negotiations at some point in the past. This is a great way (IMO) to perhaps reintice them and generate some previously lost sales/interest.
