question How does negotiation through a Sedo partner happen

Sedo or AN,.. they have partners.

Now a buyer searches domains at his registrar which happens to be a Sedo partner, and sees "make offer" next to a domain he may like. Then what, does the rest of negotiation happen through Sedo, or the registrar?

I suspect, maybe sometimes there is a disconnection, this is why second offer doesn't come after a reasonable counteroffer.

How about BIN price: Do they see BIN price or make offer option, or both?
Are offers transferred instantly?

When we add a price with only buy now option, previous bidders are informed. This is one thing I like about Sedo.
What if we switch to make offer, and then switch back to buy now only, with a new price. Are they informed again?

When we start an auction, are past bidders informed?
