Sedo sold a name for me and didn't tell me?

So, I sold a name, apparently back in September. I rarely log in as I only have like 10 names on there and they never get any traffic or interest.

So today I logged in to see what offer views they'd had, to find an invoice for $60 fee for a name of mine..

I looked in the transfer center (the only place that actually suggests I sold the name... no mention of it anywhere else in my account) And they apparently notified me about it a good 10 times, but I never got anything - my account email was olllld. But I cant update it without accessing my old email which I cant (I hate places that do this, its not logical at all).

So they have my address and my phone number, yet absolutely no effort was made to contact me because of this. They then (by message in the transfer center) threatened legal action if I dont pay it within 5 days. So a month after that and I still have not had anyone from Sedo try to phone me or anything... And they expect me to pay them $60 for the courtesy?

Frustrates me, the name sold for $299, and Sedo couldnt even be bothered to phone me when I hadnt responded..

what happened with the money from the sale, wouldn't they just take it out of the net proceeds.

Returned to the buyer.

Just telling me I need to confirm my email change every time I ask to update it now, knowing fully well I cant log into my old email -_- So irritating

That is a USA number. I note you are in UK. Do not know what it would cost.
I have had good experiences calling them. For some reason email gets ignored.

I too suggest calling them. For whatever reason their email is rarely answered, and their live online support has been inactive for months. You might ask the Rep if they can contact the buyer to inquire if s/he is still interested in the name. Additionally, the Rep should also be able to rectify your email situation.
