Sedo shopping cart referrer link in traffic info section?

Hi

Can anyone tell me what the below link means - it is one of the referrer links when you look under your traffic information @Sedo ?

https://yourdomainnamehere/shopping-cart

Obviously, I have inserted a fake name above

Does it mean people have clicked the Buy Now button on your landing page and then decided not to go ahead with the purchase?

If it is, does Sedo target these people with relevant ad's, an email reminder? Any other prompts etc

Does Sedo do anything with abandoned shopping carts? I know a lot of companies have automatic procedures in place now to follow up on potential leads.....
