How does sedo determine if a listed domain is a premium one? Do you have to pay them the professional appraisal fee and then they decide etc?

For example you type in a domain name and it takes you to a make offer page with a sedo premium domain badge in the corner. There is no fixed price just a make offer page.

Does a domain get a premium gold certificate badge by sedo after they have given it a professional premium appraisal and you have to pay for that?

I think the premium domain would have to be parked with sedo so that when someone types it in they are taken to the sedo premium offer page which has the gold premium badge on the page?

How does sedo decide if it is premium even if it listed as make offer? Do you have to pay them to get a sedo premium domain status?

You have to pay for a premium appraisal to see if your domains are qualified to be listed under premium.
