Anyone used these for a domain sale negociated outside Sedo?

If I want BOTH Sedo escrow and Sedo transfer for a domain, do I have to pay for both or just for one?

Example:

3% or 6%? (if not listed on Sedo)

10% or 20% (if listed as buy now)

15% or 30% (if listed as make offer)

20% or 40% (if listed in Sedo MLS premium)

OK, after reading through all their help, it seems that the services are offered in bulk. It's needed to pay just for one of them.

Anyone knows a cheaper, trusted escrow service which also transfer the domain?
