SEDO "QUALITY" Status

Something I dont understand about SEDO. For instance my domain POKERPORTAL.eu has been listed on SEDO for about 3 months now. In the first month or so it was to be found on page 2 under QUALITY. It was 2 places above another poker domain POKER-PORTAL.eu Now after 3 months my domain POKERPORTAL.eu is on page 10 under QUALITY and POKER-PORTAL.eu is on page 3 way above my domain. Both have the same amount of uniques and no bids. So how can the quality of POKER-PORTAL.eu be considered higher then POKERPORTAL.eu?
This is only one case I show here but there are many more cases like this. I think the SEDO QUALITY rating does not work properly. I e-mailed them a few times but get no reply.

I'm not too sure - I have been trying to figure that one out myself

I can tell you that the more views the offer gets that it helps to bring it up in the rankings for the "quality" search.

This has happened on at least 10 of my domains.

I happen to contact my account manager regarding this issue.

He replied:

The ranking algorithm consists of many factors, possibly over 20 which is still on testing stage.

Some of the factors include:
1.Length of parking
2.Bids made
3.Views received
4.Keyword used to search your name.

etc etc etc.

Even though he is not incharge of namepros Q&A, he is willing to clear your doubts personally.

PS: I will PM you with his email add. I would appreciate if you could post his reply on this thread so we all could share the information.
