Sedo promoting 1and1?

Besides the cash factor, sedo I'm sure is aware of the horrible rating we domainers have been giving 1and1. Why in the world would sedo stoop so low to promote this horrible company?

Almost makes me want to remove all my domains and repark them somewhere else like namedrive. Have they no morals?

If I were sedo, I'd be looking out for the best interest of the domainers. The ones who make them that 10% commission and would not be advertising and reminding my customers of such a well known nightmare.

But thats just me!

sedo and 1+1: members of a problem family: one is a tart and the other one has seen better days.

It makes absolutely no sense for Sedo to affiliate itself with a registrar that doesn't even allow a push when their whole business is based around transferring domains.

Have high hopes for Moniker, they have the financial resources to really market their site. I hope plesmo gets a good backer but honestly think their approach does not lead to much of a potential return for a serious investor. Not taking 10% of my sale isn't going to excite me too much, have to get the sales first. I'd rather pay 15-20% of sale price to a marketplace doing serious mass advertizing and generating business than 10% (or 0%) of the occasional sale because someone went looking for a domain on a marketplace.
