How many average uniques is usual to have per day on a domain which has a good potential and will be sold?

or

you could get only 1 or 2 visitors a week and receive several offers from potential buyers


it all depends on the domain

Good question. Even views of the offer page can be misleading. A name can go years with no views and then suddenly sell. Other offer pagea get loads of views but no offer, even with a 99 dollar BIN.
