SEDO - Help!! Problem logging into newly created account

Hi people,
I'm very new to domain investment. I've read alot of stuffs about the business and really interested. I signed up with sedo as a newbie (advice from lots of sites) but to my dismay, Each time i tried to log into the account, the system keep telling me login/password info do not match. I created a new password using the forgot password link and as usual I do have access to the account again. But surprisingly, when i tried to login the next day I was denied access again! Though I'm yet to be certified which I've sent the signed copy to them since Dec,2010. - NO REPLY
I emailed the support center several times regarding this PROBLEM but no response from them. my last email was on jan 04.
Now I tried to create a new password the 2nd time and the account was closed.

i dont know what to do next... ANY CLUE PLS?

If support does not reply to you, how can anyone else help you? I suggest you call them:
